Revival 2017

In partnership with the Diocese of Iowa, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will host “Revival 2017” on October 21 and 22.

In partnership with the Diocese of Iowa, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will host “Revival 2017” on October 21 and 22.  Additionally, the Bishop will join us for both services on Sunday, October 22nd.

Revival 2017 is a worship experience that is taking place at Episcopal Churches across the state of Iowa throughout the year.  Revival 2017 is an opportunity to gather together in local congregations to reawaken and rediscover God’s Holy Spirit at work among us.  It is an invitation to rekindle and recharge your faith and ministry and to share in Christ’s abundant joy and strength.

The 7:00 p.m. Revival service will be led by the Rt. Rev. Alan Scarfe, Bishop of Iowa, along with local and diocesan leaders.  The service will include music, personal testimony, and several prayer stations.

Revival 2017 is free and open to the public.  Parking is available and the building is handicap accessible.

Our guests include members of St. Mark’s in Des Moines and All Saint’s Church in Indianola, and we hope you will join us!

In anticipation of this wonderful experience, the Diocese has provided “40 Days of Prayer Leading to Revival 2017,” view it here.
