Western Christian celebration of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day developed from the belief that there is a powerful, living spiritual bond between those faithful Christians who have died and those still living.

The Feast Day of All Saints, one of the Church’s holiest celebrations, remembers with joy the “great cloud of witnesses”, that community of the faithful throughout the ages. The Feast Day of All Souls, the next day, is a more solemn day of remembering those who have in the previous year
For all the saints!Parishioners are encouraged to submit the names of loved ones who have died in the last year, which will be read aloud during the service.  Please contact
the Cathedral Office at 515-288-7297, or complete the below form. 

In order to be included in this service, names should be submitted to the Cathedral Office by close of business on Wednesday, November 1st.
