St. Paul's is honored to host the Central College Chamber Singers for the Oct 15 Service of Choral Evensong. The Singers are under the direction of St. Paul's Cathedral Organist, Professor Mark A. Babcock. The Chamber Singers join with the Howells Scholars in repertoire from the English Choral tradition, the Lutheran tradition, Anglican chant, and plainsong for a contemplative sung service. Fr. Troy Beecham, Dean of the Cathedral, officiates and Dr. Rebecca Gruber, Cathedral Choirmaster, conducts. Mark A. Babcock plays on the service on the magnificent 68-rank Casavant Organ, op. 3719.
